What we collect

When you use our contact form we store the name, phone number, email address and message you give us, so that we can reply. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not sell or share them.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser and pages visited) for security. The contact form keeps a one-way fingerprint of your IP address to block repeated spam.

Cookies

The site sets a single session cookie, and only on the contact page, to protect the form. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Rescue figures

The statistics on this site are counts drawn from our rescue records. They never include the names or numbers of callers, or the places where animals were found or released. Small groups are combined so that no single rescue can be identified. The rescuer leaderboard names WWA volunteers and shows only how many animals each has rescued.

Other services

Pages that show our Instagram posts, YouTube videos or Google Calendar load content from those services, and their own privacy policies apply.
