Today our Helpline received a rescue call of a bird from Mr. Sameer Ahuja. Our rescue team left to the place as soon as we got the call & when the team reached they saw a crow hanging upside down trapped in a thread. It was on a considerable height on a tree out from the reach of human hands. So our team decided to seek help from fire brigade department & they responded to our request quickly. The poor crow who was suffering the misery from past 2 days was finally freed with the combine efforts of Fire brigade & Wildlife Welfare Association. Later the bird was treated by our volunteers Manasi ,Poonam & Nikhil and looking at the weakening condition of the bird it was soon admitted to Thane-SPCA.
