A vulnerable owl was rescued from a sewer near Apna Bazar by our volunteer Nikhil Parab. The caller reported that the poor owl was seen on the edge of the sewer by him from a distance & the local children's were pelting stones at the poor owl & before he could stop them from doing the act of cruelty the owl got hit with a stone and fell into the sewer.
Bless the man who had a heart & who quickly dialled our helpline number making a distress call on which our volunteer rushed & rescued the owl from the sewer.
